Exterior & Roof
TPO, or thermoplastic polyolefin, is the single-ply membrane used on most modern RV roofs. It reflects UV, resists punctures, and stays flexible through temperature swings, which is why it has become the standard on new builds. The membrane bonds to the roof deck with a contact adhesive and seals at the edges, vents, and AC openings with self-leveling lap sealant.
Dicor DiFlex II membrane is available in white and tan, 9'6"" wide, in lengths from 21 to 45 feet. Hengs Premium Universal installation kits pair the membrane with the bonding adhesive, lap sealant, and butyl tape needed to complete a full re-roof in one purchase.
Measure from the front cap to the rear cap and add 6 to 12 inches for trimming and wrapping under the caps. Check the deck for soft spots before the new membrane goes down.
