The hitch does the work, but the small hardware around it is what keeps the connection tight and secure. A worn coupler, a missing spring bar pin, or a ball mount left unlocked all cause problems out of proportion to the cost of the part.

Demco couplers are stocked in A-frame, adjustable, and plate-mount styles from 7,000 to 25,000 lbs. Coupler and king pin locks come from Blaylock, Trimax, and Ultra-Fab, with hitch pins and locking pins in 1/2 and 5/8 inch from Curt, JR Products, and Fastway. Equal-i-zer and Husky spares cover L-pins, socket pins, sway control brackets, and lift handles, alongside levels, magnetic alignment kits, fifth wheel lube plates, breakaway cables, and towing mirrors.

Match coupler size to your ball size and confirm the load rating meets or exceeds the original.
